How does Invisalign work? 

Invisalign straightens your teeth using a series of custom-made, removable and nearly invisible braces, called aligners.  

Every aligner is used between two and three weeks and then you move on to the next one. The teeth are successively corrected with each aligner, week-by-week, step-by-step, towards the planned result. The number of aligners and the treatment time, depends on the difficulty of the case.

Book a consultation with our Invisalign certified experts to get more information and to discuss your possible Invisalign treatment. The next step is to take photos and scans of your teeth, which are sent to the specialized Invisalign laboratory in the US. 

Approximately two weeks later you make a new appointment with your Invisalign specialist to discuss your treatment plan, which will be presented in a virtual 3D Program. In this plan you will be able to see your expected result and treatment time. After further two weeks you will get your first two sets of aligners, and it is time to start your Invisalign journey. One you will start using immediately and the second one you will take home with you and use in a few weeks.  

After a month, when both aligners have been used for two weeks, you visit your dentist for a check-up and get your next two sets of aligners. This procedure goes on until you have reached the desired result.
